Fortune is owned and managed by Sai Opraseuth and Tyler Opraseuth. Both have been providing excellence in the property management space for many years. Sai has a background in property and vacation management for 20+ years, while Tyler brings over 15 years in customer relations management, in addition to 7+ years in real estate expertise to build a powerful property management duo.
In 2017 they noticed a trend towards big-box rental management companies but found many weaknesses in the business model. The lack of customer engagement and satisfying customer experience left a big need in the market. They felt they could do it better and so they founded Fortune Property Management.
